We want every order to be a great experience. Please review our policies before placing your order.

Allergens 

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary concerns we should be aware of. While we take care in  handling ingredients and follow proper food safety practices, all products are prepared in a shared  kitchen where common allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy are present. We take  precautions by sanitizing equipment, tools, and surfaces and, when possible, scheduling production  separately; however, because our kitchen and equipment are shared, we cannot guarantee the  complete absence of cross-contamination. 

Creative License 

While we carefully follow all design details and specifications provided by the customer, a degree of  creative discretion is necessary to ensure each cake meets our quality and aesthetic standards. All of  our products are handcrafted, and as a result, each piece is one of a kind. Variations in colour,  proportions, or overall design may occur and are part of the handmade process. Exact replication or  100% colour matching cannot be guaranteed. 

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges 

Due to the perishable nature of our products and our inability to control handling, transportation, or  storage once items leave our premises, Sweet Revenge Bakery does not offer returns, refunds, or  exchanges. If you believe your order does not meet expectations, please contact us at  hello@srbakerycafe.com within 48 hours of pickup.  

  • Your message must include: 

  • Order number (if applicable) 

  • Clear photos from multiple angles, including packaging 

  • A detailed description of the concern 

  • Information on how the product was transported and stored 

We will review all eligible claims and make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. Requests submitted after the 48-hour window or without the required information will not qualify for a reorder or  store credit. 

When applicable and at our discretion, a store credit or a partial refund may be issued. Refunds for  in-person or online orders, if approved, will be processed minus the original payment processing  fees.
